All About Me

Thank you for stumbling onto my blog. It always seems much easier for the words to come from me typing on a keyboard than actual words coming out of my mouth.

I hate to admit it sometimes, but I really love to talk about myself. And since this is the "All About Me" section......

• I'm a 22 year old college graduate. 
• I currently live at home with my mom and step family as I begin to pay off student loans and feel the full effects of becoming an adult.
• I work full time at a catering company doing sales and marketing and, as of now, love my job and the people I work with. 
• I have a creative side that usually only presents itself in the kitchen, when I'm baking. 
• I am pretty much obsessed with exercising and being fit.
• I have recently become more aware of what I put into my body and what I expect to get out of it. 
• I am an avid runner. It is the only way I stay sane. 
• My mom and my big sister are my best friends. People are always amazed by how close we are. 
• I now have a mixed family and it can be really hard sometimes, but I still love every one of them.
• I have issues with expectations and always seem to be disappointed.  
• I am a non-denominational Christian living in a mormon community.
• And, most importantly, I love, love, love Jesus and have been blessed so much more than I could ever have imagined. 

Since joining the blogging world a few years ago, I've wanted to be the consistent type of blogger who writes all the time. But I tend to get busy. Or lazy. Either way, I'll try to stay on top of things, but no promises. Although it probably would be better for sanity to write more often. If there is one thing I've learned over the years it this: Swallowing your feelings and not dealing with them will only come back to bite you in the ass. When you least expect/want it. That why I'm putting it all out there.
